Balsamic Brussels Sprouts Recipe:
Elevate your meals with this quick and delicious side dish! Tender, caramelized Brussels sprouts are roasted to perfection and finished with a tangy balsamic sauce. Requiring under 10 minutes of active prep, it’s a favorite for family gatherings and pairs well with any main course.

Ingredients (Serves 4):
14 oz (400g) Brussels sprouts
1/3 cup olive oil
Salt (to taste)
2 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar

Optional Additions:
Fresh chili for a spicy kick
Honey for added sweetness
Sliced red onion for flavor
Fresh parsley for garnish

Step 1: Prepare the Sprouts
Preheat your oven to 390 °F (200 °C).
Wash the Brussels sprouts thoroughly and dry them. In a large bowl, toss the sprouts with about half of the olive oil and a pinch of salt, making sure each sprout is well coated.

Step 2: Roast the Brussels Sprouts
Spread the sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden and crispy.

Step 3: Prepare the Balsamic Sauce
In a small bowl, combine the remaining olive oil and 2 tablespoons aged balsamic vinegar. Set aside.
