Flavor: Thick and dark like maple syrup, with notes of dates, smoke, wood, and balanced acidity.

DOP Roots: Produced under strict guidelines, this balsamico mirrors the 12-year DOP process but is bottled at 6 years for a perfect balance of depth and freshness.
